Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the global Technology Audit strategy for payment, lending, and other regulated financial products, leading risk-based audits and advisory reviews.
•Lead and support reviews across payment technology architecture, end-to-end payment processing, and payment security and integrations.
•Perform technology risk assessments and provide practical, root-cause recommendations aligned to product, engineering, regulatory, and business needs.
•Leverage data analytics and AI-based audit solutions to detect risk signals and perform audit testing, communicating findings to senior management.
•Partner with engineering and product teams, track remediation progress with risk owners, and ensure audit quality and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of relevant experience in technology auditing, assessing fintech, regulated payment, or lending products.
•Strong understanding of payment systems, financial transaction flows, technology architecture, and supporting control environments.
•Experience leading complex technology audits or risk reviews independently from planning through executive reporting.
•Ability to assess complex technology environments against risk outcomes, industry best practices, internal standards, and external regulatory requirements.
•Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills with credible technical challenge to the business.
