Job Summary

Maintain and repair a variety of rental and customer heavy equipment and aerial lifts at the Waco facility. Use the T3 platform to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using data from hundreds of makes and models. Perform repairs across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems, assist with training, keep daily documentation, and support pick-up/delivery as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
•Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; and diagnose issues using data from many equipment makes/models.
•Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
•Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
•Assist with training of lower-level technicians and help with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts as needed.

•Must own tools applicable to the position.
•Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.

•High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, plus experience in field service, maintenance, and repair (preferred).
