Key Responsibilities

  • •Define how AI augments agent development by shaping CX and developer workflows to draft journeys, run simulations, analyze conversations, and improve agents using natural language
  • •Balance autonomy and control by designing human-in-the-loop patterns (approval flows, change review, workspace isolation) to ensure customer trust in Ghostwriter’s agent changes
  • •Partner with AI/ML and platform engineering to collaborate on model selection, architecture, execution, and testing infrastructure
  • •Be the voice of the agent builder by deeply understanding the pains of CX managers, agent developers, and configuring journeys, integrations, and simulations
  • •Own the end-to-end product experience—from prompt to agent to outcome—and help scale Sierra to thousands of customers

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time working with large language models directly
  • •Experience shipping AI products at the frontier, with understanding of frontier model capabilities and UX for non-deterministic systems
  • •Track record of 0→1 product development and driving early-stage products to broad adoption, with ability to operate in high ambiguity and rapid iteration
  • •Strong technical depth and ability to engage with engineers on architecture decisions (e.g., harness design, workspace isolation, API design)
