Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management for assigned offices.
  • •Analyze business results, key financial metrics, and variances to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • •Partner with regional and corporate leaders on decision-making, profitability, growth initiatives, and operational improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency with Excel, financial reporting tools, and business systems; experience with Lawson, Cognos, or agency management systems preferred.
