Key Responsibilities

  • •Process Workday report requests received through the ServiceNow case management system.
  • •Collaborate with business partners to prioritize reporting requests and needs.
  • •Partner with Workforce Business Analysts on requirements gathering and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • •Provide a holistic view of analysis by collaborating with stakeholders across teams (e.g., HR business partners and risk management).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •Three or more years of reporting and data analysis experience.
  • •Strong MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Pivots, charts, conditional formatting, formulas (including V-Lookups) and file joins.
  • •Experience creating and running reports in Human Capital Management systems such as Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and/or E360.
  • •Comfortably working with HR professionals on human capital data needs and talent lifecycle reporting.
