Key Responsibilities

  • •Scope, plan, and lead large-scale technical initiatives aligned with business priorities and product roadmaps.
  • •Design, build, and optimize scalable systems across the stack, delivering production-grade features with performance, security, and reliability at scale.
  • •Maintain and improve codebases using clean architecture, best testing practices, and strong CI/CD pipelines; debug complex issues across systems and services.
  • •Implement and advocate for application and infrastructure security practices.
  • •Mentor and coach engineers while partnering cross-functionally with Product and Design to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8–15 years of professional software development experience shipping large-scale, high-quality features and systems and driving architectural decisions.
  • •Strong frontend expertise in React and TypeScript.
  • •Backend proficiency in Node.js (Kotlin experience a plus).
  • •Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, DynamoDB), plus API integration and third-party API management.
  • •In-depth knowledge of application and infrastructure security best practices and hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker (Kubernetes a plus), and YAML configuration.
