Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with internal teams or external vendors to ensure that infrastructure components including cloud, such as servers, networks, storage, Database systems, and virtualization technologies, are properly installed, configured, and integrated.
  • •Periodically report on overall infrastructure performance
  • •Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure successful IT Infrastructure deployment.
  • •Use monitoring tools and techniques to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks or issues, and initiate appropriate actions to maintain optimal infrastructure performance.
  • •Analyze and diagnose infrastructure-related issues, coordinate with support teams or vendors, and implement corrective measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required
  • •Master’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is preferred
  • •CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator, VMware certified associate or any relevant certification preferred
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English
  • •0-3 years experience in the same Field.
