Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve guests to hotel standards in Restaurant/Bar/Lounge areas and guest room (room service), greeting guests and presenting menus.
  • •Take orders and input special requirements on POS/order systems; punch orders, coordinate food and beverage service through the course of the order.
  • •Handle revenues by issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning change, and assisting with financial transactions as needed.
  • •Maintain guest satisfaction by responding to queries and additional requests, observing guests, and resetting tables after meals.
  • •Support operational readiness with basic cleaning tasks, stocking/maintaining par stock, assisting other restaurant needs (e.g., answering phones), and providing tableside wine service.
