Key Requirements

  • •Experience in corporate/commercial strategy, strategic planning, resource allocation, marketing effectiveness, sales or marketing analytics, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience leading complex strategic analyses from problem definition through recommendation and senior leadership alignment.
  • •Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how sales and marketing investments drive outcomes for brands, customers, consumers, and the business.
  • •Advanced problem-structuring and analytical skills, including scenario development and trade-off evaluation from imperfect data.
  • •Advanced Excel skills; experience with business intelligence tools and scenario modeling (e.g., think cell) is preferred.
