Key Responsibilities

•Consult for employer RFPs, including directorship consulting and oversight for large market clients.
•Lead sales and support for pharmacy products/services, including audits, PBM selection activities, coalition opportunities, market checks, and implementation services.
•Serve as a client-facing pharmacy consulting SME by leading meetings and speaking with clients and PBM leadership teams.
•Provide clinical guidance and cost containment strategies for clients.
•Articulate project results and key industry updates while leading client-facing work for a book of business.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of pharmacy benefit experience.

•Ability to run projects independently and oversee large groups (direct or coalition).
