Associate Director, Project Controls, Infrastructure

Lead end-to-end project controls for large, complex infrastructure projects, owning success criteria across time, cost, and performance. Establish governance, processes, and systems across the project lifecycle, maintain and evaluate risk registers, and manage change control and project finances. Serve as the day-to-day interface with the client and lead a cross-functional project controls team in a matrix environment, supporting PMO service development and performance through KPIs.
