Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead individual contributors performing engineering and technical activities for mission systems capability development, including requirements decomposition, software development, and integration & test.
  • •Drive programmatic execution for mission systems capability development; develop, track, and communicate metrics and organize EVM reporting and analysis.
  • •Interface daily with customers and Boeing program office teams.
  • •Ensure systems engineering, technical integrity, and mission assurance through technical oversight and risk management, including safety oversight.
  • •Mentor and develop employees and coordinate resource planning to meet program goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
  • •5 years of related work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •At least 1 year of leadership experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager) or completion of Boeing’s “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •3+ years of experience leading Mission Systems development and integration.
  • •Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance; US Government requires US citizenship; a final Secret clearance post-start is required.
