•Lead Recruit, coach & retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads (3+) and Operations Associates (6+). Build a positive culture and drive employee satisfaction scores.
•Own day-to-day operations of one DashMart warehouse, including scheduling and labor budget management, to meet site-level metric goals.
•Delight customers by ensuring order accuracy and fast fulfillment, working with central teams to provide tools and resources to the team.
•Use data to identify pain-points and inefficiencies, and design, build and execute process improvements for warehouse operations and employee experience.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with inventory and training teams to maintain high-quality standards and safe operations.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfilment, logistics or operations) with a track record of developing people and delivering results.

•Flexibility in schedule to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts.
•Proven ability to analyze data using Excel or Google Sheets and create pivot tables.
