Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to support and refine an evaluation framework for cyber systems.
  • •Draft and update COIs, MOEs, and MOPs as part of team sessions.
  • •Translate project objectives into concrete, testable requirements and KPPs alongside senior analysts.
  • •Develop and execute operational test plans by drafting test scenarios and scripts, and conduct performance data analysis.
  • •Review system documentation (e.g., CONOPS and architecture) and prepare presentations such as TCBs and OTRRs.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have Secret clearance to start.
  • •Required certifications: Sec+, cyber-related certs (e.g., CySA), and Agile frameworks certs (e.g., SCRUM).
  • •Must have a Master’s degree; or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of experience; or an Associate’s degree with at least 8 years of experience (with allowed substitutions).
  • •Experience with system-of-systems test methodologies, mission thread analysis, or evaluation support in an Agile or DevSecOps framework.
  • •Familiarity with DoD Architecture Frameworks (DoDAF), the Net-Ready KPP (NR-KPP), and associated interoperability standards.
