Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or related fields.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • •Experience designing or improving performance management frameworks, OKRs, or organizational processes.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with structured problem-solving and strong project management.
