Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Total Rewards advisory solutions within Strategic Advisory (Total Rewards, M&A, and Communication).
  • •Analyze reward survey results and identify rewards strategies to improve effectiveness of reward programs.
  • •Apply metrics to evaluate alignment to strategy, competitiveness, DEI, employee values, and business performance.
  • •Support client engagements across reward strategy, governance, and M&A-related activities using benchmarking and analytical tools.
  • •Sell rewards consulting engagements and collaborate with subject-matter experts across the firm.
