Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop schematic and detailed BIM models and create/maintain library components.
  • •Identify conflicts and incomplete or ambiguous design information, and maintain a BIM revision log.
  • •Coordinate with BIM service providers and subcontractors; support BIM guidelines for project-specific requirements.
  • •Assist with BIM closeout documentation and training project personnel to use BIM tools.
  • •Support planning, scheduling, and cost reporting: set up forecasting, issue change orders/notices, and derive material quantities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical certificates.
  • •Ability to produce timely, accurate BIM models and shop drawings with minimal supervision.
