Job Summary

Lead the design and execution of Edenred’s Group Internal Control and Compliance function, establishing governance doctrine, risk-based annual control planning, and cross-border coordination for 44 countries. Drive awareness, QKYC/AML, anti-corruption, and data privacy controls across the group while aligning with local regulators and Group Committees.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and pilot the Annual Control Plan for the Group, selecting priority subsidiaries, defining tests and evidence, and presenting to the Audit Risk & Compliance Director and Audit Committee.
•Coordinate remote documentary controls across subsidiaries, collecting evidence for Anti-Corruption, AML/LCB-FT, and Competition domains.
•Lead on-site reviews for priority subsidiaries, conduct tests of control effectiveness, and supervise cross-functional assurance missions.
•Produce control reports by subsidiary with findings, gaps, and action plans; monitor action plan progress and escalate unresolved gaps to the Audit Committee.
•Oversee tooling and governance of the control function (GRC tooling integration with Integrity Hub/Integrityline), manage and train the two controllers (local and LATAM), and foster a network of local Compliance Officers.

Key Requirements

•8 to 12 years of experience in compliance within a multinational listed group
•Proven experience implementing and managing an anti-corruption program in accordance with Sapin II
•Experience with internal audits or internal control reviews (second line)
•Experience in a multi-jurisdictional, regulated financial services environment
•Master's degree in business law/compliance or equivalent and strong report writing skills for Audit Committees
