Job Summary

Serve as a ServiceNow business process consultant with strong business analyst capabilities—leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and translating client needs into ServiceNow solutions. Advise clients on best practices across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, then build process workflows and support testing, UAT, and go-live. Collaborate with project leadership and facilitate client demos and training to drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead functional discovery sessions and process workshops to define client-specific business process solutions.
•Advise clients on ServiceNow best practices across modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
•Capture and document business requirements, user stories, and business cases aligned with ServiceNow capabilities.
•Develop end-to-end process flows and gap analyses to support solution design, including test planning and UAT facilitation.
•Support delivery by facilitating stakeholder demos, creating training materials/job aids, and assisting go-live activities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting with hands-on expertise in multiple modules.
•5+ years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
•Ability to lead client workshops and translate business needs into actionable solutions (noted as 1 to 2 years).
•Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience supporting Scrum teams (noted as 1 to 2 years).
•Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
•Required ServiceNow certifications: Junior level includes CSA and at least 1 CIS-(any); Intermediate includes CSA and at least 1 CIS-(any); Senior includes CSA, at least 1 CIS-(Any), and CTA.
