Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly buying and stock reports, including management trackers.
  • •Create and update vehicle purchase, costing, mileage, location, status, and stock information in SAP and approved systems.
  • •Coordinate stock transfer orders and vehicle movements between buying locations, workshops, preparation facilities, and sales locations.
  • •Maintain organized, confidential, audit-ready records and escalate issues such as missing approvals or reporting variances.
  • •Follow up on vehicle cleaning, servicing, and preparation status to ensure readiness for sales.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a buying or purchase coordinator (minimum 3 years).
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related software for reporting.

  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; SAP experience is an advantage.
