Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the multi-year technical roadmap for the Partner Hub aligned with broader Cisco cloud and teamwork strategy.
  • •Act as a technical link across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive consensus on complex architectural decisions across business units.
  • •Set engineering standards for code quality, system reliability, and security; lead resolution of critical, system-wide technical challenges.
  • •Mentor senior engineers and architects, champion adoption of new technologies (e.g., AI/ML and cloud-native patterns), and encourage technical innovation.
  • •Translate high-level business goals into technical requirements to support feature delivery without compromising platform stability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •10+ years of software engineering leadership with experience architecting and delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade infrastructure.
  • •Expert-level mastery of Enterprise Java and Spring Boot, including architecting, deploying, and maintaining microservices ecosystems.
  • •Proven ability to lead technical initiatives at organizational scale with accountability for system performance and architectural integrity.
  • •Deep expertise in distributed systems, scalable architecture, and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
