Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build data products that generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • •Develop and deploy AI agents and MCP-powered tooling to enable self-service access to data across the organization.
  • •Own and contribute to key OKRs through data-led initiatives with Product Leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • •Improve data quality, documentation, and governance to keep the data layer accurate, trusted, and AI-ready.
  • •Lead exploratory and ad-hoc analyses and deliver decision-ready recommendations; build and maintain BI infrastructure in Looker and Amplitude.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years in product analytics, including defining and owning core product metrics end to end.
  • •Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • •Experience with at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, etc.).
  • •Experience working with Python and/or R for analysis and automation in a production environment.
  • •Familiarity with AI workflows, LLM tooling, or agentic data products, plus strong written and verbal communication.
