Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead supplier interaction and collaboration with internal cross-functional teams to manage medium/high complexity procurements, including build-to-print, performance specifications, and supplier statements of work (SSOWs).
  • •Select qualified suppliers and identify alternate suppliers when applicable.
  • •Develop and manage RFI and RFQs and prepare related documentation in accordance with company directives and contract flow downs.
  • •Prepare purchase orders and manage post-award PO execution and compliance with company work instructions.
  • •Manage suppliers to meet program requirements for quality and delivery; prepare and execute agreements such as PIAs and long-term agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • •Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance, including Public Laws, Policies, FAR/DFAR, and ITAR plus import/export requirements.
  • •Experience leading formal negotiations covering price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow-down requirements and terms/conditions.
  • •Experience with supplier management.
  • •U.S. Person eligibility (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) and eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
