Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform welding operations per engineering specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements.
  • •Use semi-automatic and manual welding processes to complete assigned work.
  • •Perform fitting, cutting, grinding, and finishing operations as required.
  • •Inspect completed welds for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.
  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure proper operation of welding equipment while following safety policies and keeping the workspace clean and organized.

Key Requirements

  • •Level 1: 1+ years of experience; Level 2: 3+ years; Level 3: 5+ years.
  • •Prior TIG aluminum welding experience and strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.
  • •Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints/specifications; familiarity with AWS welding symbols is required.
  • •Strong understanding of mathematics, geometry, angles, and the metric system.
  • •Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet, in confined spaces, and lift up to 30 lbs.
