Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies as part of a production Agentforce program.
  • •Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture using AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
  • •Collaborate to architect, build, debug, and deploy scalable production systems across the full technical lifecycle.
  • •Partner with clients to turn business challenges into agentic solutions using consultative skills.
  • •Test, iterate, and ship agents—owning work from day one, including deployment and iteration.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering, with an AI-native builder mindset.
  • •Fluency in JavaScript, Python, and Apex, plus proficiency with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
  • •Ability to evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and write high-quality code.
  • •Fluency in Italian and English and willingness to travel 25–50% to work alongside customers.
