Drive store sales goals by delivering an authentic ALO guest experience through genuine connection, product education, and teaching customers about ALO’s community and culture. Develop strong daily client relationships, lead ALO’s Flow initiatives, and help optimize productivity and efficiency. Support store performance by analyzing reports with leadership, maintaining sales floor coverage, and executing merchandising, replenishment, and front/back-of-house procedures.
