Job Summary

Experienced program manager to reinvent Notion’s employee experience programs, starting with Day 1 onboarding. Lead end-to-end onboarding, create immersive experiences, build rituals that drive Notinos to engage with mission, product, and customers, and scale programs through cross-functional partnerships with People Operations and Workplace teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Redesign New Hire Onboarding into a fully immersive Day 1 experience and define a scalable onboarding operating system.
•Lead cross-functional workstreams with People Operations, Workplace, and product teams to implement repeatable onboarding rituals.
•Design and test notional experiences that connect employees to Notion’s mission, customers, and product, enabling AI as a daily collaborator in workflows.
•Own metrics and outcomes for onboarding programs, measuring impact beyond participation and iterating based on data and feedback.
•Drive global onboarding initiatives with a bias for action, balancing speed and quality while maintaining Notion’s cultural values.

Key Requirements

•Must have led global new hire onboarding programs end to end and demonstrated ability to redesign onboarding as an immersive experience
•Strong ability to design and pilot AI-enabled onboarding experiences that connect employees to company mission and product
•Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with People Operations, Workplace, and product teams to implement scalable programs
•Outcomes-focused mindset with ability to measure impact of programs beyond participation and adapt based on feedback
•Self-driven, proactive, and able to navigate ambiguity to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives
