Key Responsibilities

  • •Interfacing with the client and other consultants across all project stages.
  • •Own financial management, including prompt client invoicing, monitoring project financial status, and preparing budget progress and reports.
  • •Develop and manage project planning, project governance processes and systems, and performance management techniques.
  • •Manage change control, quality control/compliance with quality standards, and coordinate effective project information flow through meetings and written communications.
  • •Advise strategically during project conception, support proposals for new work/variations, identify improvements to project management procedures/templates, and help ensure line managers are aware of quality, safety, health, and environment issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, or related equivalent experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager within the construction industry on commercial ground up real estate projects.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for an effective client-facing role.
  • •Experience managing demanding stakeholders and work stream managers.
  • •Ability to act as a self-starter who can take initiative and drive activities with limited supervision.
