Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to new business and expanded opportunities by delivering technical risk advisory and insurance consulting services for the Natural Resources client base, with a focus on power and renewable energy
  • •Develop and implement growth initiatives across power and renewables in collaboration with Global/Regional teams to maximize cross-selling opportunities
  • •Maintain and manage pipelines, work-in-progress discipline, and ensure compliant delivery of client services and solutions
  • •Support Head of Natural Resources, Asia and APAC Renewable Energy Leader in sales strategy, retention, and client relationship management across responsible countries
  • •Identify sector trends and ensure best practices through Aon systems and processes while ensuring MAS regulations and company policy compliance

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum requirement (BCP, PGI, CommGI) for MAS registration or an equivalent qualification acceptable to MAS
  • •Preference for experience in energy, power, renewables and construction insurance sector with client account management (10+ years)
  • •Experience with engaging executive-level decision-makers, risk managers and C-levels, advanced negotiation, deal structuring and sales contracts
  • •Strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships with colleagues, management and external stakeholders
  • •Highly organized, detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize and manage workflows and pipelines
