Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments for EH&S managers and related facilities/maintenance and safety roles.
  • •Engage passive EH&S talent using sourcing strategies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, SOBO campaigns, and safety and facilities networks.
  • •Collaborate with operations, facilities, and safety leadership to define technical role requirements and craft value propositions.
  • •Build a diverse talent pipeline and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance.
  • •Represent the company internally and externally, articulating Anduril’s business model, manufacturing scale, and workplace safety commitment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on EH&S, EPC, or manufacturing safety roles.
  • •Experience conducting competency evaluations of safety capabilities (e.g., OSHA compliance, EPA regulations, industrial hygiene, incident investigation, safety management systems).
  • •Ability to manage strategic relationships with EH&S directors, plant managers, and operations leaders, with transparent pipeline reporting.
  • •Experience advising leadership on market conditions and candidate salary expectations to improve hiring outcomes.
  • •Clear communication skills to evaluate candidate motivations, safety philosophies, and cultural fit in a fast-paced environment.
