Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and ensure safe work habits by complying with and improving company and departmental safety procedures and goals.
  • •Supervise and establish maintenance safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out, confined spaces, and arc-flash programs meeting EHS/OSHA/NEC/NFPA standards.
  • •Schedule repairs and improvements for production and non-production equipment with technicians and contractors to minimize planned and unplanned outages.
  • •Oversee preventative maintenance programs and plant equipment/facility improvement modifications, compiling operational and personnel records to support data-driven decisions.
  • •Direct daily maintenance procedures and technical work, including equipment repair/overhaul activities and coordination of needed materials, parts, tools, and manpower.

Key Requirements

  • •Five to seven years of in-plant exposure to mechanical or electrical maintenance responsibilities.
  • •Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
  • •Strong working knowledge of electricity (AC/DC), electronics, power distribution, and circuitry protection.
  • •Experience supervising maintenance safety procedures/programs (e.g., lock-out/tag-out, confined spaces, arc-flash) and meeting EHS/OSHA/NEC/NFPA standards.
  • •Proficient with a computer, including Excel and Outlook; CMMS system experience preferred.
