Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes on-site and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Conduct safety analysis of each home to ensure a safe workplace for customers and technicians.
  • •Grow through consistent coaching and leadership training to move up within the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record, with ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.

  • •Ability to climb ladders (up to 14 feet) and work in confined spaces like attics.
