Job Summary

Own agency partnerships across Europe by building long-term relationships with big media agencies and driving customer-led growth. Manage revenue through RFP responses, upsell and always-on opportunities, bid optimization, and pipeline building while retaining and expanding advertiser spend. Lead campaign planning, run health checks, facilitate end-to-end launches, and deliver live demos and data-driven presentations. Serve as an external product consultant using funnel and auction/biddable insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and manage revenue partnerships with big media agencies across Europe, developing and executing customer-led growth strategies.
•Respond to inbound RFPs, create custom ideas, and deliver upsell and always-on opportunities for clients.
•Optimize bids, manage budgets/pacing, and build and retain a revenue pipeline.
•Plan, facilitate, and manage ad campaigns end-to-end, including running health checks and conducting live platform demonstrations.
•Serve as an external TikTok product consultant by brainstorming advertising solutions, analyzing data, and using insights to execute client strategy.

Key Requirements

•Experience in digital media sales, ad tech, or programmatic advertising, specifically managing holding company relationships.
•Proven ability to navigate, present to, and influence C-level executives (e.g., Investment Officers, Heads of Digital, Agency CEOs).
•Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business and negotiating complex Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and trading agreements.
•Subject matter expertise in the digital funnel, including auction/biddable media, performance marketing metrics, and social commerce solutions (e.g., TikTok Shop).
•Ability to translate complex platform data, audience insights, and cultural trends into compelling business cases and lead across matrixed teams.
