Key Responsibilities

•Deliver CIM service for their customer cluster within SLA timings and thresholds
•Liaise with the customer, sales team, and Commercial Finance on invoicing related issues
•Manage all Contract and Investment Management processes for the assigned cluster
•Provide support and adherence to CIM processes and call out issues as needed
•Use external and internal metrics to reconcile, evaluate and control outbound payments and challenge where appropriate
