Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain mechanical and HVAC/R systems including chiller plants, compressed air, heating and cooling water systems, cleanroom HVAC/R, process exhaust, and general building HVAC/R.
  • •Perform preventive and routine maintenance on complex facilities equipment and maintain accurate maintenance, testing, and calibration records.
  • •Monitor systems through regular rounds and alarm surveillance; diagnose faults and alarms using P&ID drawings, one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical data.
  • •Respond quickly to system failures and alarm conditions to restore equipment with minimal downtime.
  • •Uphold safety standards (LOTO and NFPA 70E) and serve as a trained first responder on the Emergency Response Team (ERT).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • •1 year of experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, building upkeep, or manufacturing.
  • •Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) and switch between days and nights every 4 months.
  • •Always wear fab-specific clean room garments (100%) and occasionally wear PPE as needed (about 1% of the time).
  • •Valid HVAC/R license (preferred: 2+ years hands-on HVAC/refrigeration/facilities maintenance or manufacturing experience).
