Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage the accounting department to ensure accurate, timely financial transaction recording in line with standards and regulations.
  • •Supervise and provide leadership to accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • •Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to protect assets and ensure integrity of financial data.
  • •Prepare and analyze key financial statements and manage month-end/year-end closing, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
  • •Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to support audits and ensure compliance requirements are met.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting.
  • •Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Proven ability to lead and supervise an accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • •Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements and supporting budgeting/forecasting and financial insights.
  • •ERP and accounting software proficiency, with SAP functional skills preferred/required.
