Job Function: Product Management

Key Responsibilities

•Build and prototype product changes using AI coding agents, bringing working artifacts to product discussions rather than decks.
•Own discovery, PRDs, prioritization, shipping, and the metrics the product moves, end-to-end.
•Define eval quality for agent performance: set “what good means,” build test sets and judges, and integrate them into squad shipping.
•Stay ahead of industry capabilities by knowing what to build, wrap, or adopt, including open agent frameworks and observability/eval tooling.
•Ship into constraints including on-prem and air-gapped environments, sovereign cloud, model agnosticism, multilingual corpora, and security-cleared setups; collaborate across squads and with forward-deployed customer teams.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in product with a genuinely technical background (CS or engineering degree, or experience as a software, data, or ML engineer).
•Shipped ML or LLM-powered products and understand failure modes like hallucination, drift, latency, cost, and prompt injection.
•Comfortable with data, including SQL, instrumentation, and interpreting experiment results.
•Able to hold an architecture conversation and make probabilistic systems trustworthy for skeptical stakeholders.
•Experience with enterprise, regulated, or public-sector buyers; Arabic language ability and agent/RAG evaluation are a plus.
