Principal Subcontracts Specialist

Lead and manage subcontracting for offshore oil & gas projects, interpreting complex business challenges, developing and negotiating subcontracts, and guiding strategy across site leadership and home office teams. You’ll ensure contract policy compliance, oversee bid processes, and drive timely, high-quality subcontract outcomes across multi-disciplinary projects.
