Key Responsibilities

  • •Use scheduling and dispatch systems/tools for production line planning, dispatch, and continuous efficiency improvement for PWF and A&T manufacturing.
  • •Develop, maintain, and improve scheduling/dispatch system logic and ToolView/APF rules to optimize performance.
  • •Initiate and continuously improve PWF and A&T manufacturing methods and processes.
  • •Create, maintain, improve, and train others on software, reports, and metrics for A&T production line scheduling/dispatch and planning.
  • •Lead or support planning system enhancements and cross-functional/site projects, including understanding capacity calculation methodology and sharing BKMs across sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Planning Management, Information Systems, Automation, Operations Research, or related fields.
  • •Experience implementing scheduling/dispatch solutions for Assembly & Test in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Knowledge of inventory management, simulation, optimization, modeling, forecasting, automation, statistics, data mining, and database management.
  • •Familiarity with Micron systems and manufacturing planning/execution data structures and methodologies.
  • •Proficiency with tools and languages such as ToolView/MAM/APF and SQL/database technologies, plus Microsoft Office and data/analytics applications (SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI).
