Key Responsibilities

•End-to-end consulting and implementation support from analysis and architecture to deployment, transition and operations
•Lead workshops, create concepts and decision documents; enable knowledge transfer and provide guidelines
•Work on Workplace Security topics (Active Directory, authentication, Defender for Endpoint)
•Implement Identity & Access controls (Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, ADFS/Entra Connect)
•Support Identity Governance/IGA (lifecycle management, roles, recertification; Entra ID Governance, One Identity, SailPoint, Omada)

Key Requirements

•Experience in at least one of the following security focus areas (Workplace Security, Identity & Access, Identity Governance, Information Protection & DLP, Cloud Security); typically 2-3 years as Consultant up to 7+ years as Senior/Architect in Microsoft-Security projects
•Understanding of cybersecurity threats, risks, and controls with ability to translate into security architecture and delivery
•Nice-to-have: industry-standard certifications (AZ-/SC-/MS-Tracks, CCSP, CISSP, CSSLP)
•Technologies: Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, ADFS/Entra ID Connect/MIM, PKI/ADCS; protocols LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML; scripting with PowerShell; SQL/XML, C#/.NET are a plus; IGA/Provisioning tools such as Entra ID Governance, One Identity, SailPoint, Omada; Information Protection & Cloud: Microsoft Purview, Defender for Cloud Apps, Azure Key Vault/HSM
