Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement QA/QC plans aligned with national and international standards (NOM, ASTM, ACI, AISC, AWS).
  • •Verify materials, construction procedures, inspection protocols, and site records for civil, structural, and architectural works.
  • •Conduct daily technical inspections and produce photographic and documentary reports.
  • •Initiate and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions.
  • •Oversee technical inspections and testing for soil compaction, concrete, structural steel, welding, coatings, and architectural finishes, including participation in progress meetings and project closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of proven experience as QA/QC in industrial projects, especially civil, structural, and architectural works.
  • •In-depth knowledge of quality standards and construction codes applicable to the Colombian market.
  • •Strong documentation and record-control skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • •Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
