Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop cost-competitive snack seasonings using flavour/taste solutions expertise to meet business and customer requirements.
  • •Build customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions to drive business growth.
  • •Monitor market trends, regulations, and customer requirements, translating them into breakthrough strategies.
  • •Lead collection development and NPD scaling by developing, creating, innovating, and commercialising new seasonings with operations teams.
  • •Manage projects and customer expectations, including attending customer visits, ensuring timelines, and using systems (Salesforce, Optiva, MDG, SAP) to support execution.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc or Master’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
  • •3 to 5 years of R&D experience in snacks, savoury, or broader food industry.
  • •Experience in product development for savoury applications.
  • •Customer-facing experience.
  • •Experience with sensory evaluation of ingredients in food applications and strong project management skills.
