Job Summary

Own the solution design, rollout, and operational optimization of TikTok’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Distribution Center System (DCS). Lead new site launches with implementation, operational readiness, UAT, and on-site training, while partnering across Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and regional stakeholders. Provide frontline support by diagnosing system issues and using operational data to drive continuous improvements, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the solution design, rollout, and operational optimization of WMS and DCS to support fulfillment and sortation centers across regions.
•Drive successful new site launches including implementation, operational readiness, user acceptance testing (UAT), and on-site training.
•Partner with Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable system solutions and ensure feature adoption.
•Provide frontline operational support by identifying and resolving system issues and improving system functionality and business processes.
•Use operational data and insights to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in warehouse management, supply chain systems, logistics technology, or solution design.
•Strong understanding of warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using data to drive operational and product decisions.
•Strong project management and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders across Operations, Product, Engineering, and regional teams.
