Enrollment & Credentialing Coordinator manages provider enrollment, credentialing, and payer-related operations to ensure revenue readiness across payers. Works with RCM, Operations, Billing, and external payer partners to maintain compliant credentialing, timely enrollments, and scalable workflows in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide credentialing and enrollment for all providers ensuring compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations, maintaining a credentialing database and tracking expirations/renewals
•Maintain CAQH, NPI and PECOS updates, monitor enrollment timelines, and manage payer portal applications to prevent enrollment delays
•Educate providers on reimbursement structures, contract terms, and credentialing expectations to ensure revenue integrity
•Collaborate with RCM teams to ensure enrollment and credentialing do not disrupt cash flow or claim submission readiness and address credentialing-related payment issues
•Manage facility-level updates (addresses, NPI/TIN linkages, billing/pay-to addresses, new locations) and ensure payer approvals are processed to prevent revenue disruption

Key Requirements

•Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience in credentialing, payer contracting, or healthcare operations
•Minimum 4+ years of experience in provider credentialing and payer enrollment
•Strong knowledge of payer credentialing requirements and individual/group contract structures
•Minimum 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare regulations and/or compliance standards
•Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to the evolving needs of a growing organization
