•Translate design intent into code by bridging design and engineering.
•Rapidly prototype new concepts and patterns, then socialize the system so the team uses it.

•Experience building or meaningfully contributing to a design system (tokens, components, documentation, governance).
•Shipped polished products and understand what it takes to go from 90% to 100%.
•A systems mindset and excitement for AI’s impact on designers and developers.
