Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily stores and inventory activities with safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring work is documented and recorded per policies and procedures.
  • •Maintain inspection and reporting systems for store activities, including shelf-life, tools calibration, temperature and humidity control, and 24/7 store coverage.
  • •Partner with Engineering and Maintenance stakeholders to ensure adequate and timely availability of manpower, facilities, components, spare parts, and equipment for planned and unplanned maintenance.
  • •Monitor stock levels for frequently demanded items and manage allocation and team performance to meet operational targets.
  • •Supervise SLA execution with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers; support audit corrective actions; manage annual budget planning and educate/guides the team on compliance with procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Management/Administration/Accounting (or diploma/certificate in a related field) plus relevant experience.
  • •Project Management certificate (or equivalent proven working experience).
  • •5+ years’ experience, including 3 years in airlines aircraft maintenance management and 2+ years leading the Stores and Inventory Section.
  • •Experience with DAC aircraft maintenance rules and regulations and aircrafts maintenance management practices.
  • •Strong team leadership experience and ability to design, implement, and monitor storage/inventory policies, procedures, and operating manuals.
