Job Summary

Support the execution and administration of contracts, tendering, and procurement activities by coordinating bid processes, tender packages, RFQs, ITTs, and service contracts. Review scopes of work and contract requirements to enable effective bid evaluation, coordinate bidder prequalification and bid clarifications, prepare evaluation and award recommendations, and manage contract documentation and compliance throughout tender and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the preparation, issuance, and administration of tender packages, RFQs, ITTs, and service contracts in line with company procedures and project requirements.
•Review scopes of work, specifications, and contract requirements to support clear tendering and effective evaluation processes.
•Coordinate bidder prequalification activities and support contractor capability assessments with internal stakeholders.
•Coordinate bid clarification and bid evaluation activities by aligning technical and commercial queries with bidders, end users, legal, finance, and relevant departments.
•Prepare contract documents and commercial evaluation/negotiation materials, verify contractor submissions, and support contract administration (variations, claims, invoices, and payment documentation) while maintaining confidential contract and tender files.
