Key Responsibilities

•Source and prioritize events, manage a rolling 12-month event calendar
•Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons with organizers/vendors to maximize ROI
•Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics including booth design, shipping, swag, collateral, lead capture, AV, catering, hotel blocks, and travel
•Be the on-site point of contact, setting up/tearing down booths and ensuring a sharp presence throughout the event
•Prepare the team with objectives, talking points, target accounts, and logistics to ensure smooth execution and alignment

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination, ideally in B2B or tech
•end-to-end event management track record including smaller scale shows
•experience managing an events budget with ability to forecast and optimize spend
•ability to define KPIs and build reports linking event activity to pipeline and revenue
•genuine interest in applying AI to automate or improve event marketing tasks (research, vendor outreach, post-event reporting, content drafting, lead enrichment, etc.)
