Lead new product introduction sourcing and procurement activities, aligning program outcomes with commodity strategies and low-cost sourcing plans for sustainable supply chain development. Interface with senior business unit leaders, validate business case proposals, and execute value analysis while ensuring global logistics requirements and EH&S policies are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute new program sourcing strategies aligned with commodity strategies and low cost sourcing plans for sustainable supply chain development.
•Manage procurement activities during initial phases of product development (proposal and preliminary design) and validate new program business case proposals.
•Take new programs through the development life cycle within an Integrated Product Team structure.
•Interface with senior management and serve as the link between program and supply chain organizations.
•Drive compliance to procurement procedures, implement corrective actions, and maintain standard work for sourcing strategies and consolidated programs.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
•Project/Program Management experience, ideally in an Engineering/Operations/Supply Chain Management environment.
•Proven experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•SAP Procurement proficiency.
•Ability to manage to plan and achieve customer satisfaction.
