Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain a variety of customer and company-owned heavy equipment and aerial lifts.
  • •Diagnose issues by using data/work order tools to determine root causes and corrective actions.
  • •Maintain safe job practices and document work performed in complete, timely work orders.
  • •Use independent judgment to handle complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel system maintenance and repairs.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment/parts and travel to customer job sites when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Own applicable tools for the role and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Strong customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform required physical tasks.
